Washington Frank International is seeking a Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to drive large HRIS transformation projects for international clients from its Genf office. You will combine functional expertise with leadership, advising stakeholders and coaching junior consultants.

The role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, core HR processes and delivering end-to-end implementations in an international setting, with workshops and client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience delivering complex HRIS implementation or transformation projects.
• Good understanding of Core HR processes and HR operating models.
• Previous experience working in international environments.
• Ability to lead workshops and interact with senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating project teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation and consulting skills.
• Ability to analyse complex requirements and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other consultants.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification, particularly Employee Central, would be highly appreciated.
• Fluent French and English are required.

• Leading SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects
• Acting as a key functional advisor throughout the project lifecycle
• Running workshops to understand, structure and challenge business requirements
• Designing Core HR processes and translating business needs into effective SuccessFactors solutions
• Configuring and overseeing Employee Central solutions
• Supporting the definition of project approaches, priorities and delivery plans
• Coordinating activities between business stakeholders and project teams
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of functional designs and deliverables
• Supervising testing, deployment and go-live phases
• Anticipating project risks and supporting the resolution of complex issues
• Supporting stakeholders throughout HR transformation initiatives
• Presenting project progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Coaching and supporting less experienced consultants
• Contributing to internal methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Pre-sales and solution demonstrations
• Responses to tenders and client proposals
• Business development activities
• Development of HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors offerings
• Internal knowledge sharing and consultant development
