Zusammenfassung

SGI is seeking an experienced SAP HR IT Consultant to support a cloud-based HR landscape with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur. You will bridge HR and IT, ensuring compliant, scalable solutions and efficient HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities include ownership of SAP SuccessFactors and Concur, integration management, and leading HR IT projects in an international context. Strong focus on data security, governance and ongoing improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HR / SuccessFactors environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central required).
• Experience with SAP Concur is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle.
• Experience in system integration environments (cloud-based architectures, APIs, middleware solutions).
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience in HR IT projects, including stakeholder and vendor coordination.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur within the HR application landscape.
• Ensure system stability, operational reliability, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Configure and maintain HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire).
• Provide 2nd level support and act as application owner for HR systems incidents.
• Monitor system performance, data consistency and process efficiency.
• Evaluate new features and releases and assess their business impact.
