Free-Work in Switzerland seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead a major HR systems transformation. You will deliver daily operational support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and implement key HR module rollouts with a focus on best practices and reliability.

Analyze requirements, configure effective HR solutions, and collaborate with HR teams across locations. Fluent English is essential; Spanish and German are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors in production environments.
• Deep expertise with Employee Central and strong knowledge of Performance Management and Goals modules.
• Solid experience with Compensation configuration and SuccessFactors integration architecture.

• Serve as a senior technical consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, delivering daily operational support.
• Configure solutions aligned with best practices and implement key HR module rollouts.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions for HR teams across locations.
• Support Performance Management and Goals modules and prepare for Compensation rollout.
• Troubleshoot interfaces between SuccessFactors and other SAP systems and manage HR data flows.
• Provide second- and third-level incident support to ensure reliable service delivery against SLAs.
