UCB is seeking a Risks, Resilience & Operational Excellence Lead for the Patient Supply Quality Control team. You will strengthen performance, align strategy, and bolster resilience, turning priorities into a clear QC roadmap while safeguarding quality and patient safety.

You will collaborate with the leadership team across QA, manufacturing, digital and supply chain to deliver sustainable improvements, leveraging data, governance, and engagement to drive performance and continuity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering, pharmacy, quality or related field.
• 8+ years in GxP pharma, manufacturing or lab setting.
• Proven experience in Quality Control and Operational Excellence.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver the Patient Supply QC Operational Excellence roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and data-driven methods.
• Translate strategy into objectives, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Manage performance frameworks, KPIs and governance reviews.
• Oversee risk portfolio, mitigation plans and business-continuity readiness.
