Lombard Odier Group, a renowned global wealth and asset manager, invites applications for an Operational Risk Officer on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Switzerland. You will join Group Operational Risk Management to support governance reporting, oversee incidents and actions, and maintain risk data and KRIs.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in banking or financial services, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and experience with management information and dashboards.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience preparing management information, dashboards and risk reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and enhance risk management reports for governance committees and senior management.
• Perform oversight of operational risk incidents, issues and actions.
• Support the review and challenge of RCSAs.
• Maintain ORM tools and data related to RCSAs, issues, actions, incidents and KRIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and other control functions across the three lines of defense.
• Contribute to operational risk projects and initiatives.
• Support development and maintenance of Operational Risk Management policies and procedures.
