Pictet Group in Geneva seeks an Operational Risk Manager for the Funds and Private Assets Services unit within Transactions Services. Based in Geneva, you will join a dynamic team that oversees risk and controls across wealth management operations.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, control framework implementation, KRIs development, and cross‑functional collaboration in French and English, with relocation flexibility within Switzerland considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business and/or Economics, or equivalent in finance.
• Experience or strong interest in Operational Risk management and Funds & Private Assets Operations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Collaborative approach and team orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Interest in automation, new technologies, process mapping.
• Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Risk Ambassador by assessing, monitoring and reporting risks.
• Ensure an adequate Risk Control Framework by monitoring incidents and root cause analysis.
• Follow up audit recommendations and action plans.
• Review unit contingency plan, Risk Self-Assessment matrix, procedures and outsourcing agreements.
• Develop KRIs and train staff on best practices.
• Supervise changes and related risks.
• Support unit activities by performing controls or related tasks.
• Contribute to enhance risk management using data and AI.
• Act as a project manager or contributor on specific cases.
