Job summary

Ascent Health Services Switzerland is seeking a Project Management Team Lead to guide and grow our Project Management team, transforming the function into a strategic partner. You will blend project leadership with business analysis to translate needs into practical, measurable outcomes.

You will mentor a PM team, enhance PM and BA capabilities, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive cross-functional, technology-centered projects while managing risks and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project management or business analysis in a matrix organization.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and teams.
• PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Pharma or healthcare exposure is advantageous.
• Residency in Switzerland and valid work permit.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Project Management Team Lead, you will lead and develop our Project Management team while helping evolve the function into a strategic business partner. Combining project leadership, business analysis, and continuous improvement, you will help translate business needs into practical solutions and measurable outcomes.

YOUR PROFILE

• - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
• - 5–10 years of experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis in a matrix organization
• - Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and project teams
• - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• - Excellent communication and organizational skills
• - Proficiency at a C1 level in English
• - Experience with technology-focused projects
• - PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus
• - Pharma or healthcare experience is a plus
• - Residency in Switzerland and a valid work permit
