Zusammenfassung

RIVR, part of Amazon, seeks a Senior Program Manager to own the integrated portfolio across Finance, Legal, People, Workplace and Real Estate, and international operations. You translate undefined business objectives into structured programs and drive cross-functional execution with Amazon RIVR and broader Amazon teams.

You will establish governance, decision records, and playbooks, coordinate multiple specialist teams, and manage risk while ensuring progress and alignment across locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in business operations, corporate integration, transformation, international expansion, or a comparable environment.
• Experience establishing a new program, operating model, or way of working where no complete playbook previously existed.
• A track record of taking ambiguous business objectives from initial definition through implementation and measurable delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple specialist teams and drive outcomes through influence rather than direct authority.
• Strong judgment and sufficient business fluency across corporate functions to engage credibly with subject-matter experts without needing to be one yourself.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience turning complex information into clear decisions and recommendations for senior leaders.

Aufgaben

• Own the integrated portfolio: Maintain end-to-end roadmap for cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Legal, People, Workplace and Real Estate, and international operations.
• Define and launch programs: Turn undefined objectives into clear outcomes, scope, workstreams, owners, decision rights, milestones, and measures of success.
• Connect Amazon RIVR and Amazon: Align leaders, owners, and specialist teams into coordinated implementation plans.
• Establish operating mechanisms: Build governance, rhythms, decision records, and playbooks for visibility and momentum.
• Drive decisions and alignment: Surface trade-offs, resolve priorities, and secure resource commitments from senior stakeholders.
• Anticipate risk and protect continuity: Identify dependencies, compliance requirements, resource constraints, and risks.
• Support expanding international footprint: Lead programs across locations, coordinating processes, systems, services, and changes.
• Communicate clearly at every level: Produce concise decision documents and executive updates.
