Novartis Basel-based role leads AI strategy for Corporate Affairs, setting multi-year vision, portfolio development, and governance. You will own the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, from business cases to delivery and realized value, interfacing with senior enterprise forums.

You will build and lead an AI team, manage investments, and ensure compliance, privacy, and responsible-AI standards across the portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record defining and leading AI strategy for a major function.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to brief C-suite on AI strategy, risk and value.
• Experience building and leading AI, data, or technology teams.
• Ability to operate with senior executives across IT, Legal, Compliance, and procurement.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement a multi-year AI strategy for Corporate Affairs.
• Develop a prioritized AI portfolio with governance and value targets.
• Lead investment decisions, ROI methodology, and reinvestment logic.
• Hire and develop a high-performing AI team.
• Represent Corporate Affairs in enterprise AI governance bodies.
• Serve as senior advisor to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and other leaders.
• Define the AI governance framework with IT, Legal, and Compliance.
