You will lead Basel site planning, resource allocation, and supply chain coordination, while strengthening OEM relationships and maintaining governance across milestones and earned value management.

Aufgaben

Oversee Airbus and Boeing projects with accountability for financial performance, on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Lead planning, resource allocation, staffing, supply chain coordination, subcontractor management, and issue resolution across Basel Site Operations.
Own customer and OEM relationships at senior level; serve as escalation point for key matters on site.
Apply program management principles, milestones, and Earned Value Management to proactively manage schedule, cost, and resources.
Promote a culture of excellence, integrity, transparency, and compliance with laws and company policies.
