Job summary

WHO in Geneva is seeking an Organizational Planning Officer (P-4) to strengthen strategic planning across the Secretariat. Under the Deputy Executive Officer and Team Lead, Executive Office you will help articulate priorities and translate them into coherent, organization-wide operational plans.

You will provide hands-on support to initiatives that strengthen cross-functional coordination and integrated programme management, guiding departments to implement priority actions.

Responsibilities

• Support the articulation and internal communication of organizational priorities and strategies across the Secretariat.
• Facilitate and guide departments and teams in translating institutional priorities into coherent, organization-wide operational plans.
• Provide hands-on, day-to-day support to initiatives that strengthen strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and integrated programme management.
