Zusammenfassung

Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance seeks a Head of Private Sector Partnerships and Innovation to lead private sector engagement, design partnerships and drive innovation programs such as INFUSE and Scale Up. You will mobilise resources from multinationals, foundations and investors to support Gavi’s immunisation mission in Geneva and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• Typically 10–15 years or more of experience in private sector fundraising and partnerships building.
• Proven ability to secure major funding commitments and form partnerships across public and private sectors.
• Experience influencing senior executives across multinational companies, foundations and investors.
• Experience leading teams delivering partnership or innovation initiatives.
• Experience operating in complex multi-stakeholder environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead PSI team and expand corporate, philanthropic, investor and innovation partnerships.
• Develop strategies to generate private sector financing, expertise, technology and assets.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across target industries and investors.
• Secure multi-year funding partnerships with effective engagement and reporting.
• Represent Gavi at external forums and strengthen its value proposition.
• Lead INFUSE and scale-up initiatives to identify and scale solutions.
• Create partnerships with AI/tech organisations to improve immunisation outcomes.
• Build ecosystems of investors, accelerators, donors and innovators.
• Ensure cross-secretariat collaboration on private sector engagement.
• Drive private sector participation in events like WEF, UNGA, Skoll and replenishment.
