Van Cleef & Arpels in Geneva is seeking a Senior Operations Controller to act as a strategic finance partner for Operations. The role drives financial planning, reporting and performance analysis across operations, including costing, margin analysis, CAPEX and digital transformation.

You will establish and lead the Customer Service Controlling activity, develop a comprehensive planning and forecasting framework, and deliver insightful analysis to support strategic decisions.

• Lead Customer Service Controlling and develop related processes.
• Define budgeting, forecasting and reporting for Customer Service.
• Monitor KPIs and support strategic decision-making.
• Drive reporting improvements and automation (Looker dashboards).
