Zusammenfassung

Bvlgari in Switzerland is seeking a Finance business partner to join the Industrial Controlling team in Neuchâtel. You will support the manufacturing organization with cost analyses, KPI development and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and control costs, collaborating with Operations and our production partner in Italy.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Economics or Finance, has at least 5 years in Industrial Controlling, and is proficient with SAP, Excel

Qualifikationen

University degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years in Industrial Controlling or similar in manufacturing.
Strong expertise in Industrial Finance, Standard Costing, Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Reporting.

Aufgaben

Update Standard Costs yearly per IFRS and analyze production costs, variances and performance.
Support annual Budget and Rolling Forecasts; monitor inventory valuation and obsolescence.
Assist monthly closing related to inventory, production, scrap, and variances; explain Gross Margin evolution.
Develop KPIs, dashboards and scorecards; present analyses to Operations and Senior Management.
