Zusammenfassung

MSF OCG is seeking an Operational Safeguarding Manager to lead safeguarding across programmes from Geneva, with frequent field travel. You will coordinate the deployment of flying safeguarding teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure safeguarding measures align with organizational priorities and standards.

The role requires 5–10 years of humanitarian project management experience, fluency in English and French, and a Master's degree or equivalent.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent in a field relevant to this profile (e.g. law, social or organizational sciences, psychology, social work) is an asset.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in humanitarian projects management in MSF.
• Fluency in English and French required; another language is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the operational safeguarding implementation across all programs.
• Provide technical safeguarding support to program teams in developing and monitoring safeguards processes.
• Deploy flying safeguarding teams and coordinate safeguarding priorities with operations.
• Develop a program support model with locally appointed safeguarding resources.
• Ensure resources are supported by coordination and flying referents with technical guidance.
• Align safeguarding efforts with OCG standards and organizational priorities.
• Represent the Operations Directorate in internal/external safeguarding meetings.
