Siegfried in Switzerland is seeking a Manager Strategy and M&A who will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer to drive M&A transactions and strategic initiatives across the group. You will identify growth options, build business cases, lead deal execution up to CHF 100 million, and coordinate cross-functional teams for due diligence, valuation, integration, and portfolio strategy.

The role requires a university degree, at least 2 years of consulting, financial modelling, and fluent

Qualifications

• At least a university degree (master’s or Ph.D.)
• Minimum 2 years of consulting experience
• Proven experience working on M&A transactions
• Fluency in English

Responsabilités

• Identify and evaluate strategic growth options, including investment candidates and joint ventures.
• Develop business cases and valuation models for growth options.
• Lead M&A processes and deals up to enterprise values around CHF 100 million.
• Coordinate due diligence, deal structuring, contract negotiations and post-merger integration.
• Contribute to strategy development and financial analysis for external communications.
