The role blends rigorous financial modelling with market and competitive analysis, ensuring value creation and disciplined governance.

You will identify growth options, develop business cases and valuation models, lead deal execution up to CHF 100 million, and contribute to the corporate strategy through

Qualifications

• University degree with master's or Ph.D.
• Minimum 2 years of consulting experience
• Experience in financial modelling
• Proven experience working on M&A transactions
• Fluent in English

Responsabilités

• Identify and evaluate strategic growth options and investment candidates with global scope.
• Develop business cases and valuation models for growth options.
• Lead M&A processes for transactions up to CHF 100 million.
• Coordinate deal execution from due diligence to post-merger integration.
• Provide strategy analysis and support cross-functional initiatives in digitization and portfolio management.
• Contribute to external communications with strategic and financial analysis.
