Job summary

CFGI Germany GmbH seeks a senior adviser to lead US GAAP reporting and cross-border advisory in a Swiss market with strong ties to the CFGI group. You will guide clients on complex accounting, M&A finance requirements, and capital markets readiness.

You will build a local hub for US transactions, manage engagements from scope to delivery, and contribute to growth of the Swiss practice through proposals and new service offerings.

Qualifications

• Academic background in accounting/finance/economics with a professional credential (US CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Six to eight years in Big 4 or similar advisory, or senior technical accounting/financial reporting role.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus in a client-facing setting.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Lead a local hub for US transactions and engage with CFGI Americas to capture cross-border synergies.
• Shape accounting and reporting for major M&A transactions and post-deal integration.
