Sotheby's International is seeking a Senior Analytics professional in Switzerland to translate commercial data into actionable intelligence for the Luxury division and Swiss leadership. You will enable decision-making by delivering client analytics, performance insights and KPI-enabled reporting across auctions, private sales and client development.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience in business analytics or BI or a data-driven commercial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Swiss market exposure preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide visibility on client activity, engagement patterns and growth opportunities across categories.
• Identify client trends, areas of opportunity and cross-category connections.
• Contribute to client acquisition and development initiatives through data-driven insights.
• Analyse client acquisition, retention and reactivation trends to support planning.
• Develop reporting on key client KPIs and dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with global client strategy teams to share best practices in reporting.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards and KPI tracking for Luxury.
• Produce regular business reviews for Luxury and Swiss leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and highlight trends, opportunities and required actions.
• Conduct pre-sale, during-sale and post-sale analyses to inform decisions.
