SIX Group Ltd in Zürich is seeking a Senior IT Manager (Focus IT Strategy and Operating Model) to join the CIO Office. You will shape SIX's IT strategy, evolve the operating model, and develop recommendations for senior leadership in an AI-enabled world.

The role combines hands-on strategic analysis with executive storytelling, preparing decision-ready materials, and collaborating with IT and business leaders. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, IT strategy, or comparable strategic roles.
• Experience in strategy development and/or operating model design.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with ability to turn ambiguity into recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and story-lining skills for executive audiences.
• Hands-on, structured and pragmatic approach with a can-do attitude.
• Self-driven and collaborative mindset with ability to develop analyses and recommendations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Fluency in English; German is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Co-create SIX's IT Strategy and strategic roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Shape the evolution of the IT Operating Model and future organizational design.
• Develop recommendations on IT to support business priorities and strategic objectives.
• Structure complex challenges and develop hypotheses, recommendations, and strategic assessments.
• Conduct analyses and benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and decision materials with clear narratives.
• Support strategic discussions with senior management and governance bodies; collaborate across IT and business.
• Drive topics from analysis through recommendation and contribute to workshops and initiatives.
