SIX Group Services Ltd. is seeking a Senior IT Manager (Focus IT Strategy and Operating Model) for the CIO Office in Zurich, with up to 40% home office. You will shape SIX’s IT strategy, evolve the operating model and craft recommendations for senior leadership in an AI-enabled world.

Qualifications

5+ years in management consulting, IT strategy, or related strategic roles.
Experience in strategy development or operating model design.
Strong analytical problem-solving with ability to turn ambiguity into actions.
Excellent communication and storytelling with executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

Co-create SIX’s IT Strategy and strategic roadmap aligned with business priorities.
Shape the IT Operating Model and future organizational design.
Develop recommendations to better support business priorities and objectives.
Structure complex challenges into fact-based hypotheses and assessments.
Conduct analyses and benchmarking to support strategic decisions.
Prepare executive-ready presentations and compelling narratives on technology topics.
Support strategic discussions with senior management and governance bodies.
Drive topics from analysis through to hands-on workshops and initiatives.
