Noir in Solothurn is seeking a Business Owner to lead an Insurance Tech & Digital Solutions portfolio for the Swiss market. You will drive end-to-end product ownership, blending commercial strategy with technology delivery and insurer engagement.

The role requires deep knowledge of Swiss health/accident insurance, SHP/SYRIUS familiarity, and strong leadership across budgets, pricing, and business cases within an Agile/SAFe environment.

Qualifikationen

• Several years in a senior Product, Business Ownership or comparable commercial role at the intersection of insurance and IT.
• Strong understanding of Swiss health and/or accident insurance markets and core processes.
• Experience with SHP/SYRIUS, SAFe or Lean Portfolio Management is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, revenues and P&L, with credible market engagement.

Aufgaben

• Develop and own the strategy, vision and roadmap for the portfolio across insurance tech.
• Engage directly with health and accident insurers to evolve the service offering.
• Own commercial responsibilities including budgets, costs, revenues and pricing models.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to deliver initiatives on time.
