Noir Consulting seeks an experienced Product Owner to lead insurance technology products in the Solothurn region. You will own the product backlog, translate complex customer requirements into actionable priorities, and drive stewardship of KPIs within a SAFe framework.

The role requires hands-on Sumex and/or Syrius expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to collaborate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• Proven Product Ownership experience in insurance tech.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of Sumex and/or Syrius in claims environment.

• Own and prioritise the product backlog for Sumex- or Syrius-based solutions.
• Translate customer needs into clear product priorities and releases.
• Define and monitor KPIs to align with roadmap and budget.
