Zusammenfassung

Noir Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Owner or Product Leader to take end-to-end ownership of a strategic Insurance Core portfolio in Solothurn, with hybrid working in Switzerland.

You will shape the strategy, vision and roadmap for the SHP health and accident insurance portfolio, engage with insurers, manage budgets, P&L and pricing models, and collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to deliver commercially viable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive senior product or business ownership experience in Swiss insurance.
• Proven ability to own strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes.
• Strong understanding of health and/or accident insurance markets.
• Experience with SHP/SYRIUS or comparable core platforms is a plus.

• Own the portfolio strategy, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Manage budgets, costs, revenues, and P&L across the portfolio.
