MoonLake Immunotherapeutics is seeking a Director to turn analytics into actionable commercial insights, building reporting layers and dashboards for leadership. You will translate complex datasets into narratives about patient dynamics, HCP behavior, and launch performance.

Must have 6+ years in pharma/biotech analytics, with BI tooling expertise and a track record in segmentation, targeting, and territory design. Immunology/biologics launch exposure is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial analytics.
• Experience in HCP segmentation, targeting, tiering, call planning and territory design.
• Hands-on BI reporting layers and launch tracking dashboards (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience managing agency or vendor partnerships from a data perspective.

Aufgaben

• Generate insights from patient journey analyses and translate into clear narratives for stakeholders.
• Lead the BI reporting layer, data governance, and end-user dashboards for leadership.
• Design and refresh HCP/patient segmentation, targeting, tiering, and territory design.
• Oversee AOR data and analytics on marketing investment performance.
