Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• >5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial roles.
• Experience in Commercial Operations, Forecasting, Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, or Strategy.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of commercial forecasting models across brands and countries.
• Partner with Country General Managers, Brand Leads, Finance, and Commercial Leadership to create country level mid & long-range forecasts.
• Ensure forecasts are transparent, assumption-driven, well documented, and aligned with Finance and Commercial Leadership.
• Identify forecast risks and opportunities and provide clear recommendations to support business decisions.
• Partner with Brand Leads and Commercial Leadership to define research and competitive intelligence priorities.
• Develop research briefs, manage RFPs, evaluate vendor proposals, and oversee projects from briefing to final delivery.
• Support qualitative and quantitative research including market assessments, customer insights, patient journeys, ATUs.
• Monitor competitive landscape across public sources and translate findings into actionable commercial implications.
• Ensure compliance with internal legal, procurement, compliance, and pharmacovigilance requirements.
