Qualifikationen

• BA or BS in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of forecasting, strategic analysis, planning, and analytics.
• Biotech or pharmaceutical launch/in-market experience.
• Global/international experience.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for growth.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data sources (IQVIA).
• Excellent communication to synthesize insights for the Executive Team.
• Proven ability to grow and develop others.

Aufgaben

• Manage unit & revenue assumptions in short- and long-range New Markets forecasts across BeOne portfolio.
• Design and develop prescriptive and predictive analytical approaches.
• Execute analytical solutions for opportunity and risk assessment, segmentation, promotion ROI.
• Support commercial planning of products in development or licensing prospects.
• Analyze data to guide business partner and affiliate teams with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure output and pull for analytics.
• Represent BeOne at key meetings and conferences when appropriate.
