Job summary

Sika AG in Switzerland seeks a Strategic HR Projects Specialist to drive global HR initiatives within the Talent & Employee Experience Team. You’ll translate business needs into actionable plans, partner with regions and cross-functional stakeholders, and support end-to-end project delivery across talent management, engagement, and early careers.

The role combines HR strategy with hands-on execution, requiring strong analytics, autonomy, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
  • 3–5 years of experience in an operational HR role.
  • Experience in Consulting and strategic transformation of HR in a global corporate environment.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset translating data into actionable plans.
  • High autonomy with an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with digital channels and tools (LinkedIn, CMS, Canva, Adobe).
  • Business fluency in German & English.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic HR initiatives from concept through to global roll-out, collaborating with regions and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent execution.
  • Translate evolving business needs into targeted actions that strengthen talent attraction, engagement, and retention.
  • Leverage HR data and workforce analytics to generate actionable insights and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Develop clear, impactful presentations that communicate insights, opportunities, and progress to diverse audiences.
  • Manage multiple projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.
  • Contribute to and drive cross-functional HR initiatives across Talent Management, Employee Experience, and Early Careers.

We are seeking a driven, proactive Strategic HR Projects Specialist to join our Talent & Employee Experience Team. This role offers high-visibility versatile projects and direct exposure to senior stakeholders.

You will work at the intersection of HR strategy and Employee Experience Projects , designing and implementing initiatives that strengthen our global project capabilities aligned with business strategies and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute to global projects, from strategical design to execution:

You bring a mix of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and hands‑on execution :

  • - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration
  • - At least 3-5 years of experience in an operational HR role
  • - Experience in a Consulting role and ideally experience with strategic transformation of HR in a global corporate environment
  • - Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
