Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to advise managers on leadership and employee relations.

• Partner with managers on organizational topics and translate needs into HR solutions.
• Coach managers on leadership, performance, and talent development.
• Manage complex employee relations cases with pragmatic, compliant guidance.
• Ensure application of Swiss employment law, internal policies, and HR processes.
• Support organizational changes and transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and recruitment support.
• Lead annual HR processes: performance reviews, talent reviews, development planning.
• Be a visible, proactive HR partner across the site.
