Dow is seeking a Business Development Manager to join the Global Commodity Risk Management & CRM team in Horgen ZH, Switzerland. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, translating market intelligence into strategic decisions, and supporting senior leadership with commercial insights.

The ideal candidate has strong quantitative modelling experience, experience in commodities or related industries, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, mathematics, data science, engineering or other quantitative discipline.
• Experience developing complex financial models and conducting commercial, strategic, or investment evaluations.
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
• Professional financial market certificates such as CFA or FRM are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic business development opportunities aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses and scenario planning to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Perform macroeconomic research and data queries for market research and fundamentals analysis.
• Collaborate across the Commodity Risk Fundamentals team to develop tools and analyses for strategic decision making.
• Facilitate planning and execution of strategic initiatives and leadership meetings.
