Zusammenfassung

TALLY WEiJL is seeking an experienced Group Controller & Treasury Manager to join Basel on-site immediately. The role combines controlling, treasury, reporting, and business partnering in an international fashion company.

Open to interim, freelance, or permanent arrangements; the successful candidate will lead the finance team and interact with senior management to drive financial performance.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in controlling and treasury within an international organization.
• Strong knowledge of cash-flow management, liquidity planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements and group reporting.
• Swiss GAAP and IFRS knowledge is advantageous.
• Fluent English; German or French would be an advantage.
• Hands-on, strategic mindset with coaching experience in a small finance team.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of group controlling and treasury activities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning and banking relationships.
• Prepare consolidated group financial statements and monthly reports.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable financial insights.
• Support and coach a small finance team.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve processes.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisers, banks and partners.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Ensure smooth handover and continuity of critical finance activities.
