Zusammenfassung

Valartis Group in Geneva seeks an experienced and analytical Senior Accountant & Controller to join the team. You will report to the CFO and oversee bookkeeping, monthly closing for Swiss and international entities, and IFRS reporting packages.

You will handle tax returns, treasury management, and various controlling tasks, ensuring accuracy under tight deadlines in an international environment. Fluent English and French are expected; German would be an asset.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years’ practical experience in accounting, preferably in financial sector or fiduciary
• Professional accounting certificate or equivalent is preferred
• Solid knowledge of Swiss and IFRS accounting requirements
• Good knowledge of Swiss tax rules
• Strong analytical and precise working style
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent English and French; German an asset

Aufgaben

• Bookkeeping and monthly closing of accounts for Swiss and International companies
• Tax returns (direct taxes, VAT, etc.)
• Controlling and analysis tasks and optimising the controlling framework
• Accounting management of independent entities
• Monthly IFRS reporting packages
• Statutory financial statements of Group companies
• Primary contact for external auditors
• Treasury management
• Participation in basic office management tasks
