Casale SA, a leader in design and implementation of advanced plants for green ammonia and related chemicals, is seeking an Expeditor to join the Procurement Department in Lugano. You will interface with suppliers, monitor delivery progress, and manage expediting activities to keep schedules on track.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in mechanical or industrial engineering is considered a plus.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Act as main interface with suppliers regarding supply progress and delivery status.
• Monitor vendor progress to ensure material delivery complies with PO terms.
• Perform desk expediting to track production and forecast delivery dates.
• Collect Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) from suppliers.
• Review MPRs to assess progress and identify delays with corrective forecasts.
• Interface with QA to monitor supply progress and issues.
• Update supply status reports for project leadership on delays and risks.
• Coordinate with suppliers to implement recovery plans to meet schedules.
• Inform Expediting Coordinator Manager and QC & Expediting Manager on critical issues.
• Propose field expediting plans to control supplier progress.
• Perform field expediting and issue expediting reports as needed.
• Issue monthly General Expediting Reports highlighting critical POs.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure timely collection and delivery of materials.
• Issue Inspection Release Notes identifying supplier-caused delays and penalties.
