beBeeFinancial is seeking a Brand Financial Controller to ensure profitability of key innovations and secure margin targets. Key responsibilities include validating standard costs, producing KPI dashboards, and managing stock. The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Finance, has 5 years experience in FMCG, and speaks fluent French with strong Excel skills. We are seeking a strategic finance partner to join our central product development teams. As a Brand Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in securing margin targets and ensuring portfolio profitability at every stage of the product lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include validating standard costs, challenging pricing and margin assumptions, and ensuring profitability of key innovations and strategic ranges. You will also produce and share monthly KPI dashboards to monitor launch performance and engage development teams around global margin objectives.
In addition, you will contribute to the annual price revision process across the product portfolio, actively participate in excess & obsolete stock management, and lead or contribute to cross-functional projects such as product catalogue optimization and cost / value analysis.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Master's degree in Finance or Controlling, minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, or FMCG industry, fluency in French, and professional proficiency in English.
You will also need strong proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of SAP systems, analytical and concise mindset with strong attention to detail, collaborative spirit, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
