Qualifications

• Leadership experience with team development and regular feedback.
• Clear goal setting, prioritisation and workload distribution for teams.
• Proven track record across major financial asset classes including bonds, equities, currencies, and alternatives.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, markets and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 5 Portfolio Managers and oversee risk as first line of defence.
• Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.
• Ensure business continuity with proper backups during PM absences.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to match recommendations to client needs and prospects.
• Support RMs with mandates onboarding and client inquiries.
• Monitor mandate performance and address deviations from investment guidelines.
• Demonstrate understanding of the bank's investment strategy and reporting requirements.
• Ensure standard reporting and compliance with investment guidelines.
