Barry Callebaut Group in Zürich is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to drive financial performance of operations and supply chain within Global Cocoa. You will shape mid- and long-term strategy and partner across FP&A, sourcing, logistics, and manufacturing to optimize costs and profitability.

The role requires 15+ years in finance, strong experience in production environments, English fluency, and travel 10–20% globally. Strong SAP/BW, analytics tools, and IFRS knowledge are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15 years of experience in finance (controlling/FP&A/business development)
• Experience in finance business partnering or FP&A within a production/industrial environment
• Preferably exposure to soft commodities

Aufgaben

• Act as strategic advisory interface to the business and management for CSD matters for the VP Cocoa Manufacturing
• Direct responsibility for Cocoa Region Western Europe with 3 direct reports
• Provide financial insights before and during the global S&OP process, esp. make/buy decisions
• Lead creation of cost data repository for logistic and factory costs
• Support capacity expansion projects and footprint studies
• Maintain End-to-End Liquor Profitability model for benchmarking and global visibility
• Collaborate with Pricing teams to ensure costs are reflected in pricing tools
• Lead monthly analysis of logistics cost drivers vs customer prices to identify optimizations
• Provide FP&A insights on global Cocoa costs and rolling forecasts
• Set cost targets for budget and monitor performance vs budget
• Ensure inventory management processes and stock counts with local CSD FBPs
• Lead Global Cocoa CSD Finance team and develop capable profiles
