Barry Callebaut AG, the world’s leading chocolate and cocoa products manufacturer, seeks a Finance Business Partner for CSD Global Cocoa in Zurich. You will drive financial performance, support strategic growth, and collaborate with FP&A to deliver insights for cost leadership across the global cocoa footprint.

You will manage regional finance for Western Europe and lead a team, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and decision support for make-or-buy analyses and capacity expansion.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in finance (controlling/FP&A) or related fields.
• Experience in finance business partnering in a production/industrial setting.
• Exposure to soft commodities is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Act as strategic advisory interface for CSD and VP Cocoa Manufacturing.
• Oversee finance for Cocoa Western Europe region with 3 direct reports.
• Lead cost data repository for logistics and factory costs.
• Support capacity expansion and footprint studies.
• Develop End-to-End profitability models for Global Cocoa.
