Universal-Job is seeking a results-driven Finance professional to lead the commercial finance framework in our central Swiss operations. You will partner with Marketing and Sales to shape pricing, investment cases, and KPI tracking to maximize value creation.

The role requires a university degree in Finance or Business Administration, at least 3 years of relevant experience, advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English (German a plus). Hybrid working model offered.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or comparable field; CFA/ACCA desirable.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in commercial finance with proven business impact.
• Collaboration with Marketing and Sales across departments.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and commercial, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• High adaptability, flexibility and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial finance framework, including mission definition, objectives, stakeholder mapping, and commercial agenda.
• Contribute to strategic pricing and portfolio planning with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Build and evaluate pricing scenarios and support decision-making with detailed financial business cases.
• Drive investment frameworks for marketing and sales initiatives, defining KPIs and post-implementation reviews.
• Support major investment assessments to optimize cost base and maximize value creation.
• Act as a trusted business partner to Marketing and Sales to drive growth initiatives for Reduced Risk Products (RRP).
• Provide essential financial expertise for the commercial engine and Ploom economic models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define and track relevant commercial KPIs driving performance and strategic decisions.
