You will lead monthly closings, ensure accurate reporting, manage budgeting, forecasting and KPI analyses, and partner with management to support strategic decisions. Fluent French & English, ERP proficiency and Swiss regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Several years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting or auditing.
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills for decision-making.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Solid understanding of internal controls, compliance and governance.
• ERP proficiency and advanced Excel.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in manufacturing or industry controlling is a plus.
• Knowledge of Swiss statutory accounting, tax and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Own and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing and reporting.
• Ensure timely operational reporting to Business Unit and Group.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning.
• Prepare monthly management reports, variance analyses and KPIs.
• Identify risks, opportunities and improvement actions.
• Partner with President and Management Team for financial insight.
• Support commercial decisions with financial analysis and pricing reviews.
• Maintain local internal control framework and segregation of duties.
