Zusammenfassung

The Global Fund in Switzerland seeks a Specialist, Digital Health, within the RSSH-PPR unit to strengthen digital health governance, architecture and data use across grant investments. You will work with country teams, IT, and partners to design and oversee interoperable digital health systems aligned with national strategies.

Responsibilities include advising on governance, standards, procurement, and performance monitoring, and contributing to strategic initiatives to advance data-driven grant

Qualifikationen

• Advanced university degree in information technology, health informatics, or related field.
• Experience advising governments or donors on digital health strategy and governance.
• Ability to translate complex issues into practical investment recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Provide digital health technical advice to strengthen country systems and data use.
• Prepare inputs on governance, architecture, interoperability, data standards, and procurement.
• Coordinate implementation and oversight of digital health investments across multiple teams.
• Develop work plans and governance documents for Digital SI initiatives.
• Support dissemination of practical digital health resources and templates.
• Drive uptake of standards-based approaches across programs.
