Job summary

The Global Fund is seeking a Specialist, Digital Health to provide technical advisory support across digital health investments and governance. The role collaborates with HISS, RSSH-PPR, GMD and other teams to strengthen interoperability, data systems and sustainability of grant-funded digital health initiatives.

You will help ensure alignment with national digital health roadmaps, blueprints and standards, supporting procurement specifications and implementation readiness across multiple

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience advising governments, donors or international organizations on digital health strategy and governance.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical issues into practical investment and procurement recommendations.
• Experience supporting multi-country initiatives and cross-functional teams in complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide grant portfolio-facing digital health technical advice by developing analysis, drafting inputs and technical recommendations.
• Prepare technical inputs on governance, enterprise architecture, interoperability, data standards and procurement.
• Coordinate implementation through workplans, procurement processes, supplier coordination and risk reporting.
• Disseminate practical digital health resources and reference architectures for country use.
• Drive uptake of interoperability and standards-based approaches across programs and levels of the health system.
• Facilitate coordination with internal and external stakeholders and document meetings and follow-ups.
• Track performance indicators, lessons learned and corrective action options for leadership review.
