Job summary

The Global Fund seeks a Specialist in Digital Health to advise across-country investments, governance, architecture and data systems. The role sits within the Health Information Systems and Surveillance team and collaborates with Grants Management, technical partners and national health authorities.

The expert will help align digital health investments with national strategies, oversee implementation readiness, monitor performance and support procurement and sustainability across Global Fund

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in information technology, health informatics, digital health, public health, global health, engineering, data systems or related field.
• Experience advising governments, donors or international organizations on digital health strategy, governance or interoperability.
• Knowledge of grant processes, procurement and performance reporting in complex health programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory support to strengthen country digital health systems and data use across investments.
• Contribute to design, implementation and oversight of digital health governance, interoperability and data standards.
• Coordinate initiatives to advance standards-based, scalable digital health architectures.
