Aebi Schmidt Group in Glattpark Zürich is seeking a Corporate Developer to work with the Executive Board on strategic initiatives, corporate development activities, and execution of the company’s strategic agenda. You will manage complex topics in a dynamic, international environment.

Minimum 3+ years in management consulting is required, with proven project leadership, strategic/analytic acumen, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a management consulting firm is a must.
• Proven experience leading complex projects.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with strong business and financial acumen.
• Ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex topics and interdependencies.
• Good stakeholder management and collaboration with senior leadership.
• Experience in corporate strategy, transformation or M&A.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate strategy-critical, group-wide initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Serve as a strategic sparring partner to Executive Management on strategic topics.
• Drive development, execution and monitoring of corporate strategy and business plans.
• Support M&A transactions, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and decision documents for Executive Management and Board.
• Monitor market developments and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives and change programs.
• Track progress and impact of strategic initiatives with actionable insights.
