Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking a Corporate Developer in Glattpark Zürich to work with the Executive Board on strategic initiatives and the corporate development agenda. You will lead cross-functional projects, support due diligence for M&A, and prepare decision documents for the Board.

• Lead and coordinate strategy-critical, group-wide initiatives that support the company's long-term objectives.
• Serve as a strategic sparring partner to Executive Management on strategic, tactical and organizational topics.
• Drive development, execution and continuous monitoring of the corporate strategy and business plans.
• Support M&A transactions, including strategic analysis, due diligence and integration planning.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and decision documents for Executive Management and the Board of Directors.
• Monitor market developments, competitive dynamics and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders across functions to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives and change programs.
• Track the progress and impact of strategic initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

In this position, you will work closely with the Executive Board Team to drive strategic initiatives, support corporate development activities and ensure the successful execution of the company's strategic agenda. Your profile :

• Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills with senior leadership.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: corporate strategy, transformation or M&A.
