You will translate complex investment topics into clear narratives for professional audiences and prepare speakers and presentations for senior stakeholders. Based in Zurich and reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will collaborate across teams

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Communications, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• 7–10 years in asset management, investment management or banking.
• Experience in executive communications, events or related field.

Aufgaben

• Lead communications and content preparation for executive events and speaking engagements.
• Own responsAbility Events and Townhalls from planning to follow-up.
• Support the CEO and senior experts with presentations and briefings.
• Develop clear narratives based on investment topics.
• Identify speaking opportunities aligned with business priorities.
• Create high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate event-related communications across channels.
• Collaborate with Investment, Sales, and ESG teams on messaging.
• Ensure materials support Sales follow-up and broader communications.
• Work with Senior Marketing & Communications Manager for mutual support.
