As an Innovation Manager, you will lead consumer learning plans at headquarters for innovation projects across product lines. Your role will ensure impactful innovations are brought to consumers worldwide, resulting in highly desirable, differentiated, and viable propositions.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a strategic partner for innovation teams, ensuring consumer insights are integrated into their work and heard by cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business questions and requests for insights to facilitate decision-making for headquarters projects.
  • Translate business questions into comprehensive research plans, partnering with external agencies to develop research projects that address specific business needs.
  • Challenge preconceived notions from innovation teams regarding consumer wants and needs by leveraging data and insights from past research.
  • Monitor fieldwork and data analysis processes, maintaining high-quality research standards throughout.
  • Interpret research results to provide objective, clear, and actionable findings that enable teams and management to make informed decisions.
  • Communicate results to partners through simple, memorable narratives that influence decisions at all levels.
