Liebherr Machines Bulle SA seeks a Commodity Buyer to lead purchasing strategy for key product categories in the Swiss operations. The role involves market analysis, supplier selection, and risk management to ensure alignment with corporate goals.

You will negotiate framework agreements, manage supplier relationships, and monitor KPIs such as costs, savings, quality and on-time delivery, while continuously improving purchasing processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in project purchasing or strategic procurement.
• Excellent command of English and French (or both).
• Strong MS Office/SharePoint skills with familiarity with Infor.

Aufgaben

• Define and deploy the purchasing strategy for assigned product categories.
• Analyze supplier markets, cost trends, and supply risks; maintain procurement risk mapping.
• Identify, assess and select new suppliers based on technical, commercial, quality and logistics requirements.
• Anticipate risks related to capacity, supplier dependency, raw materials and geopolitical developments.
• Negotiate and implement framework agreements and contracts, challenging price increases.
• Ensure supplier commitments align with company objectives.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs: costs, savings, quality, on-time delivery, lead times, capacity, risks.
• Continuous improvement of purchasing and supply chain processes.
