Qualifikationen

• Experience leading CMC teams or deep expertise in synthetic molecule process and formulation development.
• Broad understanding of the full drug development lifecycle and cross-functional program management.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior management and external partners.

Aufgaben

• Lead Technical Development Teams to design and drive CMC strategies for clinical drug candidates.
• Oversee end-to-end CMC development including resource forecasting and milestone tracking.
• Drive risk mitigation and contingency planning for critical project milestones.
• Serve as liaison to asset teams and governance committees to drive enterprise decisions.
