Takeda in Zurich, Switzerland (HQ) seeks a CMC Lead, Launch Product, Small Molecules to provide strategic and operational leadership for CMC execution and lifecycle management of a key launched product. You will lead a global team and serve as the primary interface between Pharmaceutical Sciences, GSQ, and manufacturing technology.

You will influence decisions across GSQ and Takeda Product Teams to optimize resources and ensure scientific excellence throughout lifecycle management of the asset.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or life sciences.
• 10–15 years of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating globally in a matrixed organization.
• Experience defining the strategy and roadmap for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strategic enterprise thinking and ability to influence GSQ and Product Teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead the cross functional GSQ CMC team to support effective product development activities.
• Develop a robust life cycle management for Takeda’s key small molecule assets.
• Represent CMC matters within Takeda’s Global Product Teams.
• Provide leadership for initiatives which span multiple products and are complex.
• Accountable for the scientific/CMC contents related to a SM asset and business impact.
• Coordinate with MSAT small molecule, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Site Manufacturing Sciences groups to align on execution.
