Job summary

Incyte Corporation in Vaud, Switzerland seeks a QC Lab Coordinator to support Quality Control through administration, documentation, and sample handling. You will manage samples, assist in procurement, track reagents, and ensure records align with the quality system.

Candidate should have 1–3 years in pharma or biotech with GMP exposure, strong organizational skills, and fluency in French (English preferred in writing).

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in analytical chemistry, commercial management, or related field.
• 1–3 years in chemical, pharmaceutical or biotech industries in similar roles.
• Strong GMP knowledge and safety practices are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage QC samples from Manufacturing: reception, aliquoting, LIMS entry, storage, and shipments.
• Handle purchase requests: quotations, PO creation, goods receipts, and invoice reconciliation.
• Track reagents/consumables: receive, label, inventory, Kanban, PO, release coordination with QA and LIMS entry.
• Coordinate inter-department communication on deliveries and documentation.
• Maintain and archive quality documents: SOPs, work instructions, conformity reviews.
